Insurane & Claims

If you don’t purchase additional insurance. ShippingXPS and its carrier partner liability will be limited to $100 in case of damage or lost package.

If your custom declaration form (Commerical Invoice) value is $50, you can not purchase insurance for $500. Your insurance dollar value would need to match the Custom declaration form (Commerical Invoice).

Claims will need to be filled with 15 days of delivery date for all carriers.
