General Terms & Conditions

ShippingXPS is incorporated and registered. All copyrights and trademarks are reserved.

  • ShippingXPS trademarks cannot be used in connection with any products or services that are not provided by ShippingXPS.
  • All content, designs, and software of ShippingXPS are copyrighted by ShippingXPS.
  • ShippingXPS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • All pricing structures and shipping prices are reserved for ShippingXPS customers only. We reserve the right to close, block, or shut down any accounts that are created by our competitors and their employees or affiliates.
  • At ShippingXPS, fraud protection is our top priority. We always protect the merchants as well as our customers against any fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. If you believe you are, or may be a victim of fraudulent activity, please contact ShippingXPS immediately.
  • As a ShippingXPS customer, you agree not to use our service for any illegal activities or any unlawful purposes.
  • All shipping rates and services are subjected to change. All shipping rates are estimated by our shipping partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
  • The customer is responsible for paying CONSUMER USE TAX and reporting it to the IRS if they utilize our “Shop for Me” service or if they directly order to our Delaware location and then reship items to another state.

Users Terms & Conditions

Must use a legal name, address, payment provider, and legal information.

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Must not use our service for any illegal activity or violate any law in your country or the USA.
  • All payments must be authorized by your own financial account. No third party payments are allowed.
  • The available payment methods may vary depending on your country.
  • After the free storage expires, packages will be kept for an additional 80 days and can still be mailed out after all due storage fees are paid. Packages will be permanently removed from the customer account after 80 days.
  • Permanently removed packages will be disposed of or sold by ShippingXPS to cover any outstanding amount for storage and refunds are provided to customers.
  • All packages will be shipped via our available shipping methods in our shipping calculator only. No third party shipping methods are allowed.
  • All items for import & export must follow the rules and regulations provided by carriers and by US Custom & Border Protection, US Department of Commerce, and Department of Homeland Security. If any item falls under prohibited items or restricted items, we will not export the items.
  • We reserve the right to close or suspend any account at our own discretion due to fraudulent activity or any illegal activity. All illegal activity will be reported to US authorities and law enforcement.

Import & Export Terms & Conditions

All items being exported or imported must meet the compliance of the US Department of Commerce, US Department of Homeland Security, and US Customs Border Protection.

  • All items being exported or imported must follow the regulation of our shipping carriers. If items do not meet the requirements or are considered prohibited items, we will not be able to ship the items.
  • Any illegal contents, materials, and goods will be turned over to US authorities and law enforcement for any needed investigation.
  • ShippingXPS is not responsible for any duties or taxes subject to any package being exported. It is the sole duty of the recipient to pay for any duties or taxes of packages upon receipt in his/her country. All packages are sent as Delivery Duty Unpaid.
  • All packages are subjec tto inspection prior to export/shipping due to the requirement of shipping carriers and US Customs Border Protection.
  • Any item or package valued at over $2500 will need Electronic Export Information. Only FedEx and DHL will be able to transport packages valued as such. ShippingXPS will assist the customer with Electronic Export Information (EEI) for a fee of $40 USD. Please contact our support team for more info.
  • All shipments being sent to China/Hong Kong must have an EEI filed as per required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are base on major/popular countries only. The actual time for  package delivery to each country may vary.

Prohibited / Restricted Items Terms & Conditions

  • Combustible, flammable items (gasoline, paint, oil, etc.).
  • Pressurized cans, aerosol can products (hairspray, paint spray can, etc.).
  • Hazardous materials and corrosive materials(chemical, industrial chemical, etc.).
  • Firearms, firearm parts & accessories, and any items under the control of ITAR (ammunition, gun, scopes, military weapons & accessories, night vision goggles, etc.).
  • Agriculture and produce(live or dead plants, animals, fur, fruits, etc.).
  • Monetary items (coins, precious stones, cash, precious metals, etc.).
  • Drugs (prescription drugs, illegal drugs of any form, etc.).
  • Marijuana products.
  • Indecency items (pornography magazines, supplements, DVD, adult toys, etc.).
  • Stand-alone Lithium-ion batteries(PI965) are prohibited to be shipped by ShippingXPS. We can only ship items that contain Lithium-Ion Batteries (PI967) and items packed with Lithium-Ion Batteries (PI966).
  • Tobacco products are a restricted product and cannot be sent.
  • Certain restricted items like perfume products or certain goods can be exported but will require additional documentation. Please contact the ShippingXPS support team if you’re unsure if some items can be shipped or not.

Prohibited countries / Embargoed Countries

  • Below is the list of countries that we can’t provide our service to.

    • North Korea
    • Iran
    • Cuba
    • Myanmar
    • Syria
    • Sudan
    • Crimea
    • Our list of countries will be updated frequently in conjunction with the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs Border Protection, and OFAC(Office of Foreign Assets Control).

    We reserve the right to refuse to ship a package to any location/address.

Privacy Terms & Condition

  •  All personal information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses that are provided to ShippingXPS will not be shared or disclosed to a third party.
    • ShippingXPS will provide contact information or a shipping address to our carriers (our partners) for delivery of packages only. We do not sell or share your information with any other third party.
    • When you register with ShippingXPS, we protect all of your information within our secure database servers. Any profile pages that display your personal information are password-protected.
    • ShippingXPS does not save or store credit card numbers for security and privacy protection.
    • Any type of sharing of an account or selling your account information or other ShippingXPS customer information is prohibited. The violator will be suspended and will be prohibited from future use of  ShippingXPS services.
    • A report regarding stored customer data(names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) can be sent to our customer per his or her request.
    • The customer can completely delete their ShippingXPS account including all stored data.

Insurance & Claim Term & Condition

  • The insurance value of a package cannot exceed the actual value of the item(s). Customs declarations are used to determine the claim insurance value. A retail receipt/invoice is required for all insurance claims including packages lost during transit, in the warehouse, or damaged & missing items.
  • Only for lost or undelivered packages will the cost of postage be refunded. For damaged or unclaimed packages, partial postage may be refunded, but not full postage cost.
  • Insurance does not cover sentimental value items, collectible items, jewelry, precious stone, or precious metal items.
  • The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. These estimated delivery dates are based on major/popular countries only. The actual time for the package delivery to each country may vary.

For “Package Not Entered” Claim

  • If a package is not entered into your account within 1-2 business days, file the “Package Not Entered” claim.
  • The claim must be filed within 10 days of the package delivery date.

For “Package Lost or Damaged During Shipping”

  • FedEx

    • The claim can be initiated after 10 days from the initial shipping date.
    • Please allow 30-90 days after the claim is filed for the carrier to process.
