All services provided by ShippingXPS, including but not limited to Shop For Me Service, Insurance Service, Shipping Service, Warehouse Storage, Packaging & Distribution and Consolidation Service, must be paid in full prior to service initiation. Payment shall be made through authorized payment methods, as listed on our website. Any failure to complete payment may result in service suspension, cancellation or additional fees.
ShippingXPS reserves the right to modify service rates, fees, or pricing at its discretion. Such changes shall be communicated to customers via email or website notification. Continued use of services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing structure.
By using ShippingXPS, you acknowledge that all payments made to us are final. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts shall constitute a breach of this Policy and ShippingXPS reserves the right to take legal action or impose additional fees to recover disputed amounts.
Refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the terms outlined below for each specific service.
If a customer requests a Shop For Me order, full payment is required in advance. A refund shall only be issued if the purchase has not yet been completed by ShippingXPS. If the purchase has been made, the customer must directly request a return from the retailer and ShippingXPS shall not be liable for return costs, restocking fees or refund delays imposed by third-party merchants.
All payments made for Insurance Services are non-refundable once coverage has been applied. If a claim is submitted, reimbursement shall be processed per the applicable insurance terms. Failure to provide required documentation for an insurance claim shall result in claim denial and no refunds shall be issued.
All Shipping Service fees are final and non-refundable once the shipment has been processed. ShippingXPS shall not be liable for delays, carrier-related issues, customs hold, or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address or customs refusal, the customer shall bear any return shipping costs and shall not be entitled to a refund of the original shipping fees.
Warehouse Storage fees are billed in advance and non-refundable under any circumstances. If a package remains unclaimed beyond the storage period, ShippingXPS reserves the right to dispose of, return or resell the package at the customer’s expense.
Fees for Packaging & Distribution are due upon request. If a customer cancels a packaging request before processing begins, a full refund shall be issued. However, once packaging has commenced, the service shall be considered rendered and no refunds shall be granted.
For Consolidation Services, customers may request cancellation before processing begins to receive a full refund. However, once the consolidation process has started, no refunds shall be issued and separate shipping of consolidated items shall not be permitted.
All refunds issued by ShippingXPS shall be credited to the customer’s ShippingXPS account as an account credit for future use. Customers may request a direct refund to the original payment method, subject to administrative fees and financial transaction costs, which shall be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds to payment methods may take 10 to 15 business days, depending on the financial institution’s processing time.
If a customer refuses to accept a package due to customs duties, failure to provide identification, or any other reason, the carrier may return the package to ShippingXPS. In such cases, the carrier shall impose a return shipping fee, which is often higher than the original shipping cost. The customer shall be responsible for this additional fee, which shall be automatically charged to the customer’s account. ShippingXPS shall not be liable for refunding any shipping fees, customs duties or return-related costs.
ShippingXPS reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraudulent activity, failure to comply with this Policy or violations of applicable laws.
No refunds shall be issued for terminated services due to policy violations.
ShippingXPS reserves the right to modify or update this Billing Terms and Refund Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of ShippingXPS services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
