Unaccepted Items Policy

Last Updated: April 10th, 2025

At ShippingXPS, we are committed to ensuring the safe, legal and compliant transportation of goods. To maintain the integrity of our shipping services and comply with international regulations, certain items are strictly prohibited from being received, stored or shipped. Customers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in both the country of origin and the destination country. Any attempt to ship prohibited or restricted items may result in package refusal, disposal, legal action and account termination.

Illegal and Controlled Substances

ShippingXPS does not accept any shipments containing illegal drugs, narcotics or controlled substances. Items such as cocaine, heroin, LSD, morphine, opium and other psychotropic substances are strictly prohibited. Prescription medications without proper authorization from relevant regulatory authorities are also not allowed. Any attempt to ship these substances will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

Hazardous and Dangerous Materials

For the safety of our customers and employees, ShippingXPS prohibits the shipment of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids and solids such as gasoline, alcohol, lighter fluid and matches. Explosives, including fireworks, gunpowder and ammunition, are strictly forbidden. Additionally, radioactive, toxic and infectious substances, as well as compressed gases like aerosol sprays and propane tanks, cannot be transported through our services. These materials pose significant safety risks and are subject to strict international shipping regulations.

Weapons and Firearm Accessories

ShippingXPS does not accept any shipments containing firearms, firearm parts or ammunition. Items such as knives, blades, switchblades and other sharp or dangerous objects are also restricted. Additionally, stun guns, tasers, pepper spray and other self-defense weapons are not permitted. Due to strict national and international laws regulating the transportation of these items, any packages containing such materials will be refused and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Perishable and Biological Materials

Perishable food items requiring refrigeration or controlled environments cannot be shipped through ShippingXPS. Additionally, live or dead animals, insects, reptiles and animal products such as skins, furs and meat are strictly prohibited. Shipping human remains, body parts or biological specimens is also not allowed. These restrictions are in place to comply with health and safety regulations and to prevent contamination or spoilage during transit.

Currency and Negotiable Instruments

ShippingXPS does not permit the shipment of cash, coins or bearer bonds. Credit cards, debit cards, prepaid money cards and counterfeit currency are also strictly prohibited. Additionally, negotiable securities, including checks and financial instruments, cannot be transported through our services. These items are high-risk and subject to financial regulations that restrict their shipment.

Restricted and Government-Regulated Items

Customers are not permitted to ship counterfeit goods, pirated materials or unauthorized reproductions of trademarked or copyrighted products. Items that violate international sanctions, trade embargoes or export control laws are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, gambling devices, lottery tickets and materials related to unauthorized gambling activities cannot be transported. Any shipment found to contain these items may be subject to seizure by regulatory authorities.

Mail and Restricted Documents

ShippingXPS is not a mail forwarding service and does not accept unsolicited mail, documents or correspondence. Passports, government-issued identification and sensitive personal documents cannot be shipped. Customers are prohibited from using their ShippingXPS address as a registered contact address for official or legal purposes. Any attempt to send restricted documents will result in the package being destroyed or returned to the sender.

Inspection and Compliance

ShippingXPS reserves the right to inspect any package at any stage of processing to ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements. If a package is found to contain prohibited items, it may be refused, confiscated or reported to the appropriate authorities. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with all applicable laws. Any fines, penalties or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the customer.
