  • Base Consolidation Fee: $5 (this covers the basics).
  • Per Package Fee: $1.50 for each package you consolidate.
  • For example, if you’re combining three packages, here’s how it works:
  • $5 + (3 × $1.50) = $9.50
  • This small fee helps cover the cost of our warehouse team’s hard work and the materials we use to make sure your items are packed safely and securely.

  • How does the package consolidation process work?
  • Once your packages arrive at our warehouse, you can request consolidation. Our team will remove excess packaging, combine your items into a single box and prepare them for shipment.
  • Can I request additional protective packaging?
  • Absolutely! You can request extra bubble wrap, security tape or fragile stickers for added protection. Additional charges may apply!
  • What happens if my items don’t fit into one package?
  • If your items are too large to be combined into one box, we will consolidate them as efficiently as possible into two or more compact shipments.
  • How long do I have to request package consolidation?
  • You can store your packages for free at our warehouse for 30 days. However, once you request consolidation, you must pay within 48 hours to proceed with shipping.
  • Can I choose my preferred shipping carrier after consolidation?
  • Yes, after consolidation, you can select your preferred shipping carrier, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
  • What happens if I don’t request shipping after consolidation?
  • Once consolidated, your package must be shipped within 2 days. If not, storage fees may apply, and unclaimed packages may be forfeited.
