Step 3: Send to Your Home Address from ShippingXPS

Once you’ve placed a Shein order using your ShippingXPS address, we’ll let you know when the item has been delivered to your ShippingXPS address. After this, depending on your membership type:

For the single package, we will send it to your home address automatically, and it will be super convenient for you!
Packages with consolidation have the option of auto-ship the item to your home or select to have ShippingXPS store your items until the arrival of more packages. After that, combine multiple packages into one shipment to your home.

Shein Shipping Notes:

PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses and military addresses will not qualify for Express shipping.

The warehouse requires 1-3 days to process your order once you’ve paid. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

Most of the time, the package will arrive within the estimated time of arrival. Actual delivery date is subject to flight arrangements, weather situation, and other factors, however. For the accurate delivery date, please check the tracking information.

If your package has not been received or if you have been provided with tracking information but still have not received your package, you will need to contact Customer Service within 45 days of your order to verify. For any other orders, product, and logistics-related issues, you have to contact customer service within 90 days of the order.

“Confirm Delivery” is requested to be done within 6 months (from the date of shipment). Once this is accomplished, the button will gray out and will no longer be able to be pressed to obtain extra points.

Please note, Shein does not charge for shipping to your ShippingXPS address, and ShippingXPS will ship the order to your home address for free (as long as the order is more than US$29).
